What starts a flow?
Each ready-made flow starts when a customer types one of its words, for example "menu" or "book". You can change the words, or start it on someone's first message, from your own software, or on a schedule.
What happens in the demo, and what happens for real?
The demo sends nothing and saves nothing. In the real flow the messages go to your customer on WhatsApp from your own number, answers are saved on the contact, leads land in your pipeline, tickets are raised and the chat is handed to your team in the shared inbox.
