What it does, step by step

  • Asks Sure! What's your policy number? and waits for the answer
  • Asks for a photo or document: Please send a photo or PDF of your current policy.. If they type words instead, it asks again.
  • Raises a support ticket: “Renewal request”
  • Hands the chat to your team in the shared inbox, saying Received ✅ We'll send your renewal quote here.
