What it does, step by step

  • Asks for a photo or document: Please send your report or prescription as a photo or PDF. 📄. If they type words instead, it asks again.
  • Asks Thanks! What would you like the doctor to check? and waits for the answer
  • Raises a support ticket: “Report to review”
  • Hands the chat to your team in the shared inbox, saying Received. The doctor's team will reply here.
