Why do I need an approved template?

WhatsApp only lets a business message someone who hasn't written in the last 24 hours with a template Meta has approved. VartaAPI sends your template to Meta, shows its status, and explains a rejection in plain words.

How much does each message cost?

Meta charges per message at its own rate for India, and bills you directly. VartaAPI adds ₹0 on top. You pay us only for the plan, from ₹199 a month plus GST.

Who can I send a campaign to?

People who have agreed to get WhatsApp messages from you. Anyone who opted out (for example by replying STOP) is skipped automatically.

Can I schedule a campaign or stop it?

Yes. Pick a day and time, and change or cancel it any time before it goes out. A campaign paused because Meta re-labelled its template can be resumed or cancelled.

How fast does it send?

Up to 55 messages a second on Comet and higher plans, and 10 a second on Spark. 10,000 messages take about 3 minutes.

Can I see who read it and who replied?

Yes. The report shows sent, delivered, read, link opens and replies as Meta reports them, and from Comet you can see each person's result and follow up with any of those groups.

Can my own software send campaigns?

Yes. You can upload a CSV with each person's details, or start a campaign from your software through the VartaAPI API.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 7 days, with no card needed. After that, plans start at ₹199 a month plus GST.
