VartaAPI is a WhatsApp Business Platform product from Kavin International. We build the software that lets a small team run campaigns, answer customers and automate conversations on their own WhatsApp number — without an enterprise contract.
Who built it
Developed by Arpan Sahdev.
VartaAPI was designed and built by Arpan Sahdev, who runs Kavin International from Jalandhar, Punjab. It is not a white-labelled reseller account with a logo on it — the platform, the flow builder, the inbox and the API are ours, written here.
The first businesses to run on it were our own. Kavin Studios moved its customer messaging onto VartaAPI from a reselling platform, which is where the thing this product is built around came from: we could see exactly how much of what a business pays for WhatsApp never reaches Meta at all.

What we actually do
We are a technology provider on Meta’s official API.
Your business number stays yours, your customer relationships stay yours, and every message goes through the channel Meta supports. Everything in the product — campaigns, the shared inbox, the chatbot builder, the CRM and the developer API — is built and run by us. There is no reseller in the middle.
No shortcuts with your number
We build on Meta’s Cloud API. No unofficial automation, no scraped sessions, and no risk of your number being banned for using an unsupported tool.
One subscription, and that’s all
You pay us one subscription and nothing else. WhatsApp message charges are billed to you directly by Meta, at Meta’s own rates, so there is no markup of ours hidden inside them.
Leave whenever you like
Your contacts and conversations belong to you. Export them or ask us to delete them at any time, and you hold your number’s two-step PIN so you can move it to another provider without asking us.
