It starts when someone types “menu”, “hi” or “hello” as the whole message. Then it offers 4 choices: New arrivals, Track my order, Return or exchange, Talk to us. Tap them and type answers, and send a photo when it asks, as your customer would. Nothing is sent.

  • Shows a list menu (See options): Pick what you need:
    • New arrivals (What came in this week)
      • Sends Our newest pieces are on the website's New In page. Want a person to help you choose?
      • Hands the chat to your team in the shared inbox, saying Thanks! Someone from our team will reply here shortly. 🙏
    • Track my order (Where is my parcel?)
      • Asks Please send your order number. and waits for the answer
      • Sends Thanks! Checking order [their answer] now — we'll update you here.
      • Hands the chat to your team in the shared inbox, saying A team member will send the tracking link shortly.
    • Return or exchange (Within 7 days of delivery)
      • Asks What's your order number? and waits for the answer
      • Asks for a photo: Please send a photo of the item. 📷. If they type words instead, it asks again.
      • Raises a support ticket: “Return request”
      • Sends Got it. Your return request is raised; we'll confirm pickup within a day.
