When to send it

The day the parcel is handed to the courier, with the tracking number.

Tip: Name the courier in the tracking blank (for example "Delhivery AWB 7712004561") so the customer knows where to look it up.

How to use it in VartaAPI

Why it is written this way

Meta reviews every template before it can be sent. This one never starts or ends with a blank, keeps real words between blanks, gives an example for each blank, and sits in the category that matches what it says (utility, because it is about something the customer already did or asked for). Those are the common reasons templates are turned down. Meta still decides; if it refuses, VartaAPI shows the reason in plain words.

If Meta rejects it, VartaAPI shows Meta's reason so you can fix and resubmit.
