When to send it

Before you dispatch a cash-on-delivery order, to cut parcels refused at the door.

Tip: Hold the parcel until the customer replies YES, and cancel orders that never answer after a day.

How to use it in VartaAPI

Why it is written this way

Meta reviews every template before it can be sent. This one never starts or ends with a blank, keeps real words between blanks, gives an example for each blank, and sits in the category that matches what it says (utility, because it is about something the customer already did or asked for). Those are the common reasons templates are turned down. Meta still decides; if it refuses, VartaAPI shows the reason in plain words.
